Beth David is the heart of Miami Jewish life.

There are many reasons why our people are brought  together; family, friends, a common sense of  purpose, and a commitment to Judaism.

Beth David is a community where people across all  backgrounds and generations can learn, play and  connect. Where our people are not only brought  together, but are also kept together.

We are comprised of multi-generational families,  founding families, young professionals, empty  nesters, new parents and more. As the first  synagogue in South Florida, we are steeped in rich  history with a forward-thinking approach to meeting  the needs of our community. We tap into core values  of Judaism to transform both our lives and the lives  around us.

Beth David believes in lifelong learning. Our religious  school, B’nai Mitzvah program, and adult education  opportunities keep families engaged, stimulated and informed.

But in addition to learning, we believe in playing. Our active Women’s League, Brotherhood, Parents’ Association and the Next Century -  Beth David’s Young Professionals’ group provide a myriad of programming for people of all ages and interests.

Our mission is to make this world a better place.  Through Jewish values and traditions, we cultivate relationships, inspire personal growth, nurture the development of our children, and offer lasting, meaningful, and relevant experiences for everyone.
